I like using my broad skillset across transformation, technology and law to help people solve hard problems. I start with curiosity, navigating uncertainty to arrive at creative, strategic solutions.

Career
I started my career in London as a US securities lawyer with a leading global law firm. My practice focused on advising issuers and underwriters on IPOs, rights issues and other ECM transactions. She also advised on debt offerings and public and private M&A.
I then completed an MBA at Cambridge with a concentration in Culture, Arts and Media Management. While there, I captained the team which went to the final of the Berkeley Haas Tech Challenge.
Since the MBA, I have worked in transformation, initially focusing on technology to support lawyers, bringing together my prior experience and a passion for how tech can help improve how we work. I became a Certified Scrum Product Owner in 2019.
I have continued to expand my expertise, leading a range of transformation projects and programmes covering people, process and technology. I take a people-first approach, ensuring the transformation meets the needs of the business and is effectively adopted.
I also advise early-stage start-ups on strategy and operations. While I no longer offer legal advice myself, I do additionally help start-ups navigate obtaining legal advice to support their establishment and growth.
For fun
Outside the office, I spend my time on fibre arts, experimenting with new tech, and reading. I am also an avid music lover and science fiction nerd.
